Is easy to contact threw text and megan has always checked in with me yearly to make sure im always getting the best deal. Has saved me tons of $ compared to other companies ive delt with. Nothing comes to mind currently. As an insurance agent, you’re there when I need you. You send out reminders about additional coverages that I might need (e.g., life insurance). Beyond that, there’s really nothing more I currently expect.
